Asian Aromas

Yesterday at the EOI there was a very interesting cultural activity on Indian Culture and Indian cooking, by Susen Ahluwalia, resulting in some delicious Tandoori Paneer.

I love India, its flavors, sounds and smells, except that obsession with putting too much spice to every meal .. even though I love it and these recipes will make me remember when I was there.
