I know more than one person who could be a "psycho" without being a boss... As the article says: they disguise it through their high status, charm and manipulation in the workplace.

At least you don't notice it! There's nothing worse that being observed by a person who has "dirty eyes"... hahaha.

I've had 2 psycho bosses, but neither of them were charming...
